Job summary

Corroboree Talent is seeking an Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander Cultural Representative to support First Nations clients and families through culturally informed engagement and services. Flexible part-time role (approx. 3 days/week) with a pro-rata salary of $92,000–$104,000 plus super.

Work within a multidisciplinary team, strengthen clients' connection to culture and identity, and collaborate with Elders and service providers to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander.
• Experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, families and communities.
• Current Working With Vulnerable People registration.
• Current Driver's Licence.
• Certificate IV or Diploma in Community Services, Health, Alcohol and Other Drugs, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

We are seeking an Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander Cultural Representative to support First Nations clients and their families through culturally informed engagement, connection and support services.

Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will play a key role in helping clients strengthen their connection to culture, community and identity while working collaboratively with Elders, community organisations and service providers to improve outcomes.

This is a flexible part-time opportunity, $92,000 - $104,000 + Super (pro-rata) (approximately 0.6 FTE / 3 days per week) with flexibility around how hours are worked for the right candidate.
