Job summary

Accor is seeking a Culinary Director for Novotel Sydney Darling Square to lead culinary operations across hotel, conferences and Pumphouse Sydney. You will shape menus, drive food concepts, and oversee costs, quality and safety.

You will mentor the F&B team, implement succession planning and partner with hotel leadership to align culinary strategy with guest experience and business goals.

Qualifications

• Senior Food & Beverage leadership experience within a hotel environment.
• Proven track record of leading, developing and inspiring high‑performing teams.
• Commercial acumen with food cost management, budgeting and labour planning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee culinary operations across hotel, conferencing and Pumphouse.
• Collaborate with Head Chef to develop menus reflecting current trends and guest expectations.
• Own food costs, budgets, labour productivity, stock control and overall F&B profitability.
