Qualifications

• Recognised culinary training and employment experience.
• Commercial cookery certification and ideally a safe food handling certificate or food safety supervisor.
• Ambition, raw talent, and passion for food.

Responsibilities

• Ensure food presented meets property standards and is served in time with high quality.
• Adhere to health, safety, and compliance regulations with a solid HACCP understanding.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and efficiency in food preparation.
• Receive ongoing training from senior chefs.
• Handle a range of kitchen tasks, from dishwashing to crafting dishes.
