Job summary

Noosa Day Hospital is seeking an experienced CSSD Manager to lead and establish the CSSD department within a new hospital environment in Noosa. You will ensure best practice sterilisation standards while guiding the CSSD team in line with the hospital’s values.

To succeed, you will demonstrate strong leadership, a commitment to quality outcomes, and comprehensive knowledge of disinfection and sterilisation standards.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in a team environment.
• Commitment to quality outcomes and continuous improvement.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of disinfection and sterilisation standards.
• High attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Reliable, professional and accountable.
• Current Certificate III in Sterilisation Services or equivalent.
• Demonstrated management or supervisory experience.
• Minimum five years' experience in a sterilisation environment is desirable.
