You will lead day-to-day operations, ensure high standards across sterilisation, decontamination and instrument management, and drive infection prevention in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven CSSD leadership/management experience.

About You

We’re looking for an experienced CSSD professional who is ready to take the next step into a leadership role — or an established CSSD leader looking for a fresh challenge.

You’ll ideally have:

• Previous CSSD leadership/management experience
• Strong knowledge of sterilisation, decontamination and instrument management
• Excellent understanding of relevant Australian Standards and infection prevention requirements
• Strong organisational and people‑management skills
• A collaborative, hands‑on leadership style
• Relevant CSSD qualifications and/or experience
