Job summary

Easygo Gaming is seeking a compliance professional to support day-to-day AML operations in Melbourne. You will monitor transactions, assess risk, and help align regulatory obligations with commercial priorities. The role emphasizes crypto awareness, governance & policy development, and collaboration across global teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an AML, financial crime or online gaming compliance role.
• Working knowledge of AML/CTF obligations, sanctions regimes and KYC/EDD requirements.
• Familiarity with blockchain analytics platforms and comfort reading on-chain transaction data, plus a grasp of crypto from an AML lens.
• Experience using AI tools and agentic workflows to improve compliance processes.
• Confidence working with data, including spreadsheets, queries and reporting.
• Strong written English, with the ability to document decisions and investigations clearly and defensibly.
• Detail oriented and organised, able to manage competing BAU tasks and projects and see them through to completion with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Review customer accounts and transaction activity, escalating concerns where needed.
• Follow assigned cases through to completion, monitoring compliance channels and responding to queries.
• Assist with data privacy and law enforcement enquiries.
• Contribute to regulatory gap analyses and keep Stake’s obligation and risk registers accurate and current.
• Help draft and maintain policies, procedures and compliance records.
• Track AML/CTF, sanctions and crypto-asset regulation, and communicate the impact to the business.
• Support compliance projects and suggest practical process improvements, working with internal and external stakeholders.
