Job summary

Easygo is hiring for an AML/compliance role in Melbourne, Australia. You will support day-to-day regulatory operations across jurisdictions, focusing on transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, and risk reviews.

The role blends governance and product-facing work while collaborating across time zones in a fast-paced environment. You should have hands-on AML experience, comfort with crypto from an AML lens, and be adept at using AI tools to enhance processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in AML/financial crime compliance.
• Knowledge of AML/CTF obligations and sanctions regimes.
• Familiarity with KYC/EDD requirements.
• Ability to read on-chain transaction data from a crypto AML lens.

Responsibilities

• Review customer accounts and transaction activity; escalate concerns.
• Follow cases to completion; monitor compliance channels and respond to queries.
• Assist with data privacy and law enforcement enquiries.
• Contribute to regulatory gap analyses and keep risk registers accurate.
• Draft and maintain policies, procedures and compliance records.
• Track crypto regulation and communicate impacts to the business.
• Support compliance projects and propose process improvements with stakeholders.

Join the team keeping Stake on the right side of regulation. Support day-to-day compliance operations and help the business balance regulatory obligations with commercial priorities across multiple jurisdictions. Crypto is a big part of the picture, so a solid grasp of it from an AML angle will take you a long way. The impact you’ll make:

• Review customer accounts and transaction activity, escalating concerns where needed
• Follow assigned cases through to completion, monitoring compliance channels and responding to queries
• Assist with data privacy and law enforcement enquiries
• Contribute to regulatory gap analyses and keep Stake’s obligation and risk registers accurate and current
• Help draft and maintain policies, procedures and compliance records
• Track AML/CTF, sanctions and crypto-asset regulation, and communicate the impact to the business
• Support compliance projects and suggest practical process improvements, working with internal and external stakeholders

Your track record:

• 3+ years in an AML, financial crime or online gaming compliance role
• Working knowledge of AML/CTF obligations, sanctions regimes and KYC/EDD requirements
• Familiarity with blockchain analytics platforms and comfort reading on-chain transaction data, plus a grasp of crypto from an AML lens
• Experience using AI tools and agentic workflows to improve compliance processes
• Confidence working with data, including spreadsheets, queries and reporting
• Strong written English, with the ability to document decisions and investigations clearly and defensibly
• Detail oriented and organised, able to manage competing BAU tasks and projects and see them through to completion with minimal supervision

Bonus points if you also have:

• Scripting or automation experience
• A tertiary qualification in law, business, finance or a related field, or an equivalent compliance certification
