Job summary

Wirtgen Australia Pty Ltd is seeking an Application Support Manager in Stapylton, QLD. You will build strong customer relationships, guide internal knowledge, and work with the sales team to craft innovative crushing and screening solutions using Kleemann products.

The role requires a solid mechanical background, at least 5 years in crushing and screening, and a valid driver’s license. You will promote the Kleemann line and participate in training and trade shows across national markets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in crushing and screening applications.
• Unencumbered driver’s license.
• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook/Visio) and basic computer skills.
• Ability to advise via Agg-Flow to customers and colleagues.
• Strong relationship-building with internal and external stakeholders.
• Clear, effective communication in oral and written form.
• Excellent problem-solving and organisational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with customer contacts at all levels.
• Guide and support internal capability development for customers.
• Support sales team by developing solutions for customers.
• Provide application and technical input to promote Kleemann products.
• Promote Kleemann brand in mining, quarrying and recycling markets.
• Organise and participate in trade shows, seminars and training events.
• Provide regular reporting to manager with a NO Surprises approach.
