Job summary

Wirtgen Australia invites applications for an Application Support Manager – KLEEMANN based in Stapylton, QLD. You will develop strong relationships with customer contacts, provide expert crushing and screening knowledge, and support the sales team with innovative solutions.

The ideal candidate has a strong mechanical background with 5+ years in crushing and screening, a valid driver's license, and solid MS Office (Outlook/Visio) skills. Training and development opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• A strong mechanical background and aptitude, deep knowledge and experience within crushing and screening applications (with a minimum of 5 years’ experience).
• Unencumbered driver’s license.
• Intermediate computer skills with the MS Office suite (VISIO) including Outlook.
• Ability to provide application advice via Agg-Flow to internal and external customers.
• Strong interpersonal and customer relationship skills, proven ability to develop rapport with others and form lasting working relationships.
• Advanced communication skills, proven ability to convey information in both verbal and written formats as appropriate for the needs of the target audience.
• Clear problem solver, apply logic or reasoning to review information, identify problems and their causes, evaluate options and select the best solution.
• High level of organisational skills, including high attention to detail.
• Significant prior experience &/or Cert. IV in training & assessment.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with customer contacts at all levels to gain understanding, impart knowledge and become a valuable partner in their crushing and screening associated operations.
• Guide and support the development of internal capabilities to support clients in expanding their knowledge and expertise in crushing and screening applications.
• Guide and support the sales team in securing sales through direct involvement, as appropriate, in developing innovative solutions to customers.
• Provide application and technical input to promote the benefit of KLEEMANN product line offerings including machines, after sales support and application knowledge.
• Promote and Support the KLEEMANN product brand through the National Mining, Quarrying and Recycling markets.
• Manage and participate in trade shows, conventions and training seminars.
• Regular reporting with a NO Surprises approach to your direct manager.
