This is a full-time position that plays a critical role in our operations, ensuring the efficient processing and screening of materials to meet production targets and quality standards. As a Crushing and Screening Operator, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring crushing and screening equipment, maintaining safety standards, and contributing to the smooth running of our processing facilities. This role is essential to our operational success and offers the opportunity to work with modern mining equipment in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

Operate and monitor crushing and screening equipment in accordance with operational procedures and safety protocols

Conduct regular inspections of equipment to identify maintenance issues and report defects promptly to supervisors

Monitor material flow, adjusting settings as needed to achieve required product specifications and quality standards

Maintain accurate records of production output, equipment performance and operational data

Perform routine maintenance tasks including cleaning, lubricating and adjusting equipment components

Assist in troubleshooting equipment problems and supporting maintenance teams when required

Comply with all safety regulations, environmental standards and company policies

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding operational status and any concerns
