Job summary

CAMM Quarries in Townsville, Queensland, is seeking an experienced Quarry/Crushing Supervisor to lead operations across our quarry and contract crushing projects.

You will manage mobile plant, oversee safety, training, and daily reporting, and collaborate with a tight-knit team to deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a quarry/crushing supervisor.
• Strong experience with mobile crushing equipment and machinery operation.
• Current RIIMPO tickets and valid Queensland C Class Driver’s Licence.
• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to safety and efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily reports and maintain accurate records.
• Conduct daily pre-starts and engage team members.
• Perform routine servicing of heavy machinery as required.
• Operate heavy machinery in a crushing environment.
• Implement and uphold WHS procedures.

Role Overview

CAMM Quarries is seeking experienced and hands on Quarry/Crushing Supervisor for their quarry and contract crushing operations. The successful applicants must be willing to work in a team environment and possess skills to operate and manage a variety of mobile plant & Equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Complete daily reports and maintain accurate records
• Conduct daily pre-starts and engage team members
• Perform routine servicing of heavy machinery as required
• Operate heavy machinery in a crushing environment
• Implement and uphold company WH&S procedures

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a quarry/crushing supervisor
• Strong experience with mobile crushing equipment and machinery operation
• Relevant RIIMPO machinery and crushing tickets
• Current and unrestricted QLD C Class Driver’s Licence
• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
• Positive attitude with a focus on safety and efficiency
