Job summary

Motion Industrial Solutions is seeking a customer-focused sales professional to manage and grow an established portfolio of industrial customers within a western Queensland territory. This external role is based in Toowoomba with regular field visits.

You will build trusted relationships, understand customer needs, identify product and service solutions, and collaborate with branch and internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience building relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Proactive, organised approach to managing accounts and sales opportunities.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Commercial awareness and confidence discussing products and solutions.
• Interest in technical or industrial products; product training will be provided.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams.
• Current driver’s license and willingness to travel within your local territory.

We are looking for a customer-focused sales professional to manage and grow an established portfolio of industrial customers within an allocated territory.

Location: Toowoomba – External sales role servicing western QLD customers (Toowoomba based office).

• Market aligned remuneration + bonuses + annual salary review.
• Be part of the Bearing & Power Transmission industry.

About the Role

You will manage day-to-day relationships with existing customers while identifying practical opportunities to grow sales across Motion’s industrial product and service range。

Supported by your Manager Customer Relationships, Branch Managers and internal sales teams, you will:

• Visit customers regularly and build trusted working relationships

• Understand customer needs and identify suitable product and service solutions

What You Bring

We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in customers, sales and industrial products. You may have experience in Internal Sales, Account Management, Customer Service, Trade Sales or a similar customer-facing commercial role。
