Job summary

SkinKandy, Australia’s leading body piercing and jewellery brand, seeks a CRM & eCommerce Coordinator to join the Marketing team. You will execute CRM and eCommerce strategies across email, SMS and our Shopify store, coordinating campaigns, managing customer journeys and analysing performance to boost engagement and retention.

Qualifications

• Experience in CRM, eCommerce or digital marketing coordination.
• Experience working with Shopify or another leading eCommerce platform.
• Exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud or a similar CRM platform (highly regarded).
• Understanding of email marketing, SMS campaigns and customer segmentation.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Build, test and deploy engaging email, SMS and automated customer journey campaigns.
• Create and manage customer segments and audience lists.
• Support ongoing optimisation of customer lifecycle journeys.
• Coordinate campaign assets, approvals and deployment schedules.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to improve future results.
