City Linemarking is seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator for our Norwest NSW location. This full-time role supports sales operations, manages client interactions, and maintains the CRM to drive business growth.

The ideal candidate is highly organised, excels at outbound calling, and can convert CRM activity into appointments and ultimately sales. Daily/weekly targets and professional communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with CRM systems and managing sales pipelines.
• Strong communication with businesses and decision-makers.
• Ability to follow up and close opportunities while meeting daily/weekly targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage and follow up all assigned tasks and opportunities within the CRM.
• Follow up quotations and enquiries by phone and email.
• Contact existing prospects to identify upcoming projects and opportunities.
• Prospect for new clients through outbound email and phone campaigns.
• Progress opportunities through each stage of the CRM sales pipeline.
• Assist in closing sales by maintaining regular contact with prospects.
• Record all calls, emails, appointments and outcomes in the CRM.
