Job summary

Adecco in Melbourne is seeking Field Service Technicians to join a leading organisation in the critical power and electrical infrastructure sector. You will work in the field across data centres, commercial facilities and other critical environments to commission, test, service and maintain critical power equipment after installation.

You’ll bring qualifications in industrial electrical maintenance, experience with UPS, STS/ATS and DC power systems, and a strong commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• Qualified electrician with background in industrial or technically complex electrical environments.
• Experience with UPS and critical power systems.
• Experience in industrial electrical maintenance and power distribution.
• Safety-focused and able to work independently in the field.

Responsibilities

• Commission, service and maintain critical power equipment.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance.
• Diagnose electrical faults and complete technical repairs.
• Work with UPS, STS, ATS, and 48V DC power systems.
• Conduct FAT/SAT and site testing as required.
• Prepare service reports and technical documentation.
• Liaise with customers, project teams and electrical contractors.
• Provide technical support and participate in on-call roster.
• Maintain safety standards and site protocols.
