Job summary

Fulton Hogan in South Australia is seeking a bobcat profiling operator to join our Infrastructure Services team delivering road projects across the region. You will operate the profiling head and sweeping attachments on a bobcat, drive between sites and support safety and quality on site.

The role requires MR/HR truck licence, around 1 year+ bobcat experience, safety focus, and readiness to work overtime and night shifts.

Qualifications

• Circa 1 year+ experience operating bobcats.
• MR/HR truck licence held and current.
• Proven experience in the road pavement industry.
• Good safety focus and awareness, including documentation understanding.

Responsibilities

• Operation of a bobcat including profiling head and sweeping operations.
• Drive bobcat truck to site and operate across locations.
• Work within tight deadlines and maintain timely delivery.
• Carry out plant inspection checklists.

In this role you’ll be responsible for:

• Operation of a bobcat which includes profiling head and sweeping operations.
• Driving bobcat truck to site.
• Working within tight deadlines in a timely manner
• Carrying out plant inspection check lists
• Actively participate in toolbox discussions and safety meetings.

How you’ll connect to the role:

• MR/ HR truck licence

• Circa 1 year + of experience operating bobcats

• The role will provide an opportunity to further develop the skills, knowledge and experience required to progress towards competency as a 2-metre profile operator.

• Proven experience within theroad pavementindustry.

• Good safety focus/awareness, including the understanding of workplace documentation i.e., Safe Work Method Statements.

• Ability to build strong relationships, with both internal and external parties.

• Willingness to work overtime, night shifts and away from home base to meet operational needs.

• Have strong safety and environmental awareness
