Fulton Hogan is seeking an experienced Team Leader to join the Sydney Airport Grounds Maintenance team. You will lead a crew to safely deliver a wide range of maintenance works, ensuring quality outcomes and alignment with programme and client expectations.

The role requires hands-on leadership in road maintenance or civil construction, with a focus on planning, problem solving and keeping work moving in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in road maintenance, civil construction, or similar environments.

• Organised, reliable and adaptable to a dynamic environment.

Fulton Hogan is proud to manage the Sydney Airport Grounds Maintenance Contract with a skilled team that perform works including; minor civil works, guard rail repairs, line marking, pavement repairs, landscaping, vegetation management, horticultural and arborist works, litter collection, street sweeping, cleaning both Airside and landside locations at Sydney Airport.

We’re looking for an experienced Team Leader to join the team in this hands‑on leadership role where you’ll lead a crew to safely deliver a wide range of maintenance works, ensuring quality outcomes and keeping to programme and client expectations.

You’ll play a key role in coordinating day‑to‑day activities, supporting your crew and making sure work is completed efficiently and to the required standard.

What you’ll do

• Support the delivery of maintenance works including inspections, repairs and reactive tasks
