Job summary

Fulton Hogan Ltd. is seeking Crew Members for the Sydney Airport Grounds Maintenance Contract. You will join a hands-on outdoor team performing duties across airside and landside locations from 6:30am to 3:00pm, Monday to Friday.

The role offers exposure to diverse tasks, training opportunities, and a supportive crew focused on safety and quality. Ideal candidates have a White Card and a willingness to learn; HR licences or plant tickets are desirable.

Qualifications

• Current Construction Induction Card (White Card)
• Experience operating construction plant such as rollers, loaders, graders or skid steer (desirable)
• A strong commitment to safety, quality and team values
• Reliability, a strong work ethic and willingness to get hands-on
• Flexibility to travel, work away from home, and undertake night and weekend work

Responsibilities

• Support asphalt preparation and laying activities across multiple sites
• Assist with plant operation, site set-up and general labouring tasks

Our work includes landscaping, vegetation management, litter collection, street sweeping, line marking, pavement repairs, guardrail maintenance, horticultural and arborist works, and minor civil works across both airside and landside locations.We're looking for Crew Membersto join the team in a hands-on outdoor role. Working closely with an experienced and supportive crew, you'll play a key part in maintaining and enhancing airport grounds and infrastructure, helping ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys practical work, takes pride in quality outcomes and wants to build a long-term career with Fulton Hogan.
