• Work collaboratively with crews to deliver high-quality outcomes safely.

Day to day you will:

• Perform asphalt laying duties including shovelling, raking and brooming
• Operate mobile plant and equipment such as pavers, rollers, skid steers and cab coat trucks
• Undertake road construction and maintenance activities, including working safely near live traffic
• Participate in toolbox talks, pre-start meetings, risk assessments and project-specific data capture
• Work collaboratively with crews to deliver high-quality outcomes safely and efficiently
• Support site operations while maintaining Fulton Hogan’s safety standards and procedures

How you'll connect to the role?

• Previous asphalt, construction or civil industry experience, or a genuine willingness to learn
• Availability to work overtime, weekends and night shifts when required
• Current driver's licence, with HR or HC licence highly regarded
• Construction Induction Card (White Card)
• Mobile plant operating experience is desirable
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic and commitment to safety
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

The pre-employment process will involve a medical check including a drug and alcohol screening.
