Somerset Regional Council in Queensland is seeking a Crew Leader to join the Operations Department. You will ensure the efficient day-to-day operations of your road maintenance and/or road construction crew across the region.

You will bring experience in road works, knowledge of work health and safety requirements, and strong planning and delegation skills to lead a small team, meet deadlines and deliver safe, quality outcomes for our community.

Formación

• Experience in road construction, road maintenance and/or bridge construction.
• Knowledge of work health and safety requirements.
• Ability to plan, priorities and delegate work, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the road crew.
• Plan and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.
• Manage safety and compliance on site.
