Job summary

Hungry Jack's is looking for a trainer and coach to lead crew development across our Australian restaurants. You will mentor team members, promote guest-obsessed service, and model safe working conditions while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

With a focus on onboarding, ongoing coaching and career pathways, you will drive performance and engagement in a dynamic hospitality environment, aligning with our values and creating a positive team culture.
