Job summary

Hungry Jack's is seeking a trainer/coach to lead and develop crew members across shifts, modelling exceptional guest service and safety standards. You will train, mentor and support staff while driving sales through quality service and a positive, inclusive culture.

The Careers are Better at Hungry Jack's! Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will play a vital role in the restaurant as a trainer, coach and mentor to crew level employees. Your responsibilities will include:
