Job summary

Hungry Jack's Pty Ltd is looking for a trainer/coach to lead and mentor crew-level employees across our restaurants in Australia. You will model our Guest Obsessed and People Power values, delivering exceptional service while creating a safe, inclusive workplace.

You will train, coach and develop team members, supervise shifts, and contribute to sales growth through outstanding guest service and upselling. This role offers opportunities for progression within our restaurant network.

You will be responsible for bringing our values of “Guest Obsessed” and “People Power” to life, delivering exceptional service to our Guests and creating an environment that promotes safe working conditions for all.
