Job summary

You will partner with senior leaders to optimize workflows, manage projects, ensure data integrity, and deliver insightful reports using nCino, Salesforce, and BI tools. Requires 5–10 years in credit analytics and knowledge of SOX controls.

Qualifications

• Requires four-year college degree or equivalent in Information Systems, Finance or Business.
• MBA helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Work with senior management (CCO, CFO, CRO, CCBO) to design and implement data mining, forecasting and trending models and reporting for credit risk.
• Assess business processes to re-engineer workflows within Credit Admin and improve efficiencies, service, and cost.
• Provide analytics support for large scale credit projects and PMO initiatives, including data integrity and regulatory reporting.
• Develop and deliver data analyses and reporting using nCino, Salesforce and BI tools; communicate insights to business lines and executives.
