Qualifications

• Significant experience in Credit Risk, Risk Analytics, Portfolio Management, or closely related discipline.
• Deep portfolio analytics expertise and ability to interpret datasets.
• Strong commercial acumen balancing customer, regulatory and risk considerations.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving capability with SQL/Python/SAS/R.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of portfolio performance and external market conditions.
• Generate insights from quantitative analysis and qualitative observations.
• Assess drivers of portfolio outcomes and identify influencing factors.
• Influence credit risk strategies through evidence-based recommendations.
• Lead deep-dive analyses and assurance activities to uncover trends.
• Translate findings into clear executive narratives and recommendations.
• Partner with Risk, Product and business to balance opportunities and risk.
• Mentor emerging talent and embed best-practice risk management.
