Job summary

Lendi Group is seeking a Credit Risk & Compliance Specialist to help design policies and governance for their lending operations. The role involves collaborating with multiple teams to establish frameworks, controls, and documentation.

This role is an 8-month contract, with the possibility of permanent placement based on project needs. Ideal candidates will have strong experience in residential lending and credit policy, with a hands-on approach to building efficient lending processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential lending, credit risk, credit policy or lending operations.
• Strong understanding of risk-based decisioning and policy governance.
• Familiarity with responsible lending obligations.
• Confidence partnering across various business functions.

Responsibilities

• Build credit policies and governance foundations.
• Design practical lending frameworks for credit risk governance.
• Support credit decisioning and portfolio oversight.
• Provide documentation and recommendations for stakeholders.

Skills

Residential lending experience
