Lead all accounts receivable and credit risk activities, including monitoring aged debt and driving timely collections.
Manage credit assessments, evaluate applications and recommend appropriate credit limits and trading terms.
Build and maintain effective credit, collection and risk management policies and procedures.
Partner with internal stakeholders to identify and manage customer risk, account performance and credit exposures.
Deliver outstanding customer service while managing escalations, negotiations and payment arrangements.
