Job summary

Epiroc is seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join our national finance team in Perth, WA. The role focuses on strong collections, customer relationships, and accurate ledger management to improve cash flow and minimize disputes.

You will handle banking processes, reconciliations, and data reporting while working in a flexible, hybrid setup with 2 days work-from-home. Join a global leader driving safer, smarter, and more sustainable mining solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Credit Officer or Credit Controller.
• Strong interest in collections and customer service.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management.
• Proactive, solutions-focused with a team mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing a customer ledger.
• Conducting debt collection while maintaining customer relationships.
• Processing banking, reconciliations, allocations and receipting.
• Investigating and resolving unreconciled payments.
• Handling customer enquiries, investigations and dispute resolution.
• Maintaining and updating customer accounts.
• Analysing data and preparing reports.
