At Temple & Webster, we believe everyone deserves a home they love.
We’re Australia’s leading online destination for furniture and homewares, with an enormous range, a fast-growing brand and millions of opportunities to inspire people to see their homes differently.
We’re also changing the way we make creative for a new media environment. The old model asked creatives to choose between craft and speed, ideas and optimisation, quality and quantity.
We don’t think you should have to.
We’re building a new creative model where great ideas, strong taste, data and emerging technology work together, giving talented creatives more ways to make, experiment and bring ideas to life.
We’re looking for a Creative – Social Performance to help us build it.
This role is for someone who loves making advertising that engages, motivates and influences behaviour.
You’re excited by the spark of an idea and equally obsessed with the details that make it land: the line, the crop, the pacing, the type, the visual surprise, the tiny edit that makes something suddenly feel right.
You know how to recognise a good idea.
You know when an idea isn’t there yet.
And you enjoy the process of constant creation. Testing, learning, optimising, pushing the work to find the next winner.
You’ll work across social and digital creative, developing everything from hooks and short-form video to statics, carousels, product stories and entirely new formats we haven’t thought of yet.
You’ll also get access to an increasingly powerful creative AI toolkit. AI image generation. Video generation. Prompting. Motion. Editing. Automation. Rapid prototyping.
Technology is the lever that delivers scale, but it’s your thinking that will make the work creative.
You are.
Fluent in how to get the best out of AI technology. But it’s your judgment, taste and imagination are what turn those tools into work people actually want to look at.
You save social ads, films, designs, TikToks, imagery and random internet things because there’s something interesting in that.
You have opinions about layouts and design aesthetics.
You’re curious about new technology but don’t confuse novelty with an idea.
You want to know whether your creative actually worked.
You like having constraints because they give you something to push against.
You enjoy making beautiful things, but you’re equally intrigued by the challenge of creating 20 genuinely different creative routes.
You’d rather test an interesting idea than spend three weeks discussing whether it might work.
Because you’ll get something creatives don’t always get: volume, feedback and freedom.
You’ll make a lot of work.
Millions of people will see it.
You’ll find out what resonates.
And you’ll get another opportunity to make it better.
You’ll also have:
