Job summary

Linden Cook is seeking a creative, highly organised Social Media Coordinator to own the day-to-day execution of our social channels in Melbourne. This hands-on role requires capturing content, posting daily, and turning our calendar into engaging social outcomes with the wider marketing team.

You’ll work across Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest, comfortable appearing on camera, editing short-form video, and crafting captions in Linden Cook’s tone.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing social media for a brand, ideally in fashion, beauty, jewellery, retail or lifestyle.
• Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok and regular use of these platforms.
• Ability to capture strong social-first content using a phone and edit short-form video.
• Strong visual eye; content should feel polished yet natural for social channels.
• Comfort using Canva and CapCut or similar tools for quick content production.
• Happy appearing in content when needed and able to adapt to brand tone.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day execution of Linden Cook’s Instagram, TikTok & Pinterest channels.
• Execute social components of campaigns, launches, events and brand moments.
• Post and maintain an active presence across social channels daily.
• Capture photo and video content across studio, store, team and events.
• Edit short-form video for Reels, TikTok and Stories and create carousel posts.
• Write captions in Linden Cook tone and schedule posts across platforms.
• Stay ahead of trends and translate them into brand-appropriate content.
• Engage with the community, respond to comments and messages warmly.
• Coordinate influencer collaborations and track performance.
