Joining our full-time team, you’ll contribute to consistent quality, maintain cleanliness, and ensure food safety while collaborating with the Head Chef and fellow kitchen staff to delight guests with authentic flavours.

Qualifikationen

• Certificate III or equivalent qualification in commercial cookery.
• At least 1 year full-time industry experience in last 5 years.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Aufgaben

• Assist the Chef with preparing and cooking Mexican dishes according to recipes.
• Prepare, season, and portion ingredients for lunch, dinner, and kids' meals.
• Maintain mise en place and ensure consistent quality and presentation.
• Safely operate grills, ovens and kitchen equipment.
• Follow food safety, hygiene standards, and sanitation procedures.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to fulfill orders accurately.
