Job summary

Nude Amigos on the Gold Coast is seeking a qualified and experienced Chef to join our busy kitchen on a full-time basis. You will prepare and cook menu items to a high standard and help manage service and stock control in a fast-paced environment.

Applicants should have a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery, at least one year of chef experience, and the ability to work evenings and weekends while supporting a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or higher in Commercial Cookery.
• 1 year experience as a Chef in a commercial kitchen.
• Experience in a commercial kitchen environment.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Strong organisational and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and cooking menu items to a high standard.
• Managing kitchen operations during service.
• Assisting with menu planning and development.
• Supervising and training kitchen staff.
• Managing stock control and ordering.
