Job summary

Yo-Chi Frozen Yogurt in Queensland is seeking a Learning Design Specialist to transform ideas and business needs into engaging, interactive learning. You’ll guide content from research to storytelling, building experiences people enjoy completing and learning from.

You’ll work across the full design process, collaborating with a creative team, using tools like Storyline, Rise, Canva and Genially. Hybrid work from home with office days, bringing fresh Gen‑Z voice to learning.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years' experience in content creation or learning design.
• Ability to research and develop engaging content from scratch.
• Creative thinker who turns concepts into interactive learning experiences.
• Experience with learning authoring tools, ideally Storyline and Rise.
• Ability to storyboard and structure learning for different audiences.

Responsibilities

• Draft learning content and storyboard end to end from briefs.
• Research topics and develop clear content from outlines.
• Pitch interactive learning ideas and storyboard concepts.
• Storyboard for authoring tools like Storyline and Rise.
• Build and format learning content in our authoring tools.
• Design interactive elements, checks and quizzes for learning impact.
• Support rollout of new learning across the business to launch.
• Run first-line testing and quality assurance before sign-off.
• Upload, publish and version content in our LMS.
• Keep content accurate through ongoing updates and iterations.
• Contribute early to planning and scoping with the team.
• Support wider Learning Design team and share ideas.
