The successful candidate will plan, coordinate, and deliver a wide range of events from concept through to completion, working with clients, venues, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure high-quality delivery.

This fast-paced role requires excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in event planning or coordination is desirable.
• Strong organisational skills and time-management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan events from initial concept through to execution.
• Coordinate venues, suppliers, contractors, entertainment, catering, equipment, and other event requirements.
• Develop event plans, timelines, schedules, and checklists.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders throughout the planning process.
• Obtain and compare supplier quotations where required.
• Manage event budgets and monitor expenses.
• Coordinate event logistics, including setup, transportation, and venue requirements.
• Liaise with venues and external suppliers to confirm arrangements.
