Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Event Manager in hospitality.
• Experience in planning weddings, corporate and social events.
• Strong organisational and multitasking with attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in event management software including Monday.com and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand event requirements and vision.
• Plan and coordinate all aspects of events, including logistics, catering, décor, styling, and entertainment.
• Manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.
• Liaise with vendors and negotiate contracts to secure services and products.
• Oversee event set-up, execution, and breakdown, ensuring a smooth and seamless execution with the operations team delivering an exceptional experience for clients and guests.
• Provide on-site leadership during events to address any issues and ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members to enhance the overall event experience.
• Stay current on industry trends and innovative event planning strategies.
