Job summary

Dy-Mark is seeking a creative Graphic & Digital Designer to join our Marketing Department at the Darra Head Office in Brisbane. You will design and manage a wide range of print and digital assets that support the Dy-Mark brand, campaigns, and product communications.

This hands-on role blends design, photography, video, and content strategy. You’ll produce packaging, catalogs, ads, eDMs, social content, and maintain website content while collaborating with internal teams and suppliers to ensure

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience in graphic or digital design.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Graphic/Digital Design.
• Strong Adobe Creative Cloud skills across Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Experience managing social media campaigns and content calendars.
• Photography, image editing and video production capabilities.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms and email tooling.
• Excellent communication, time management and organisation.
• Experience in trade, industrial or manufacturing industries.
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics and digital ad management.
• Exposure to eDM scheduling and influencer programs.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce print and digital materials for packaging, catalogs, ads and campaigns.
• Create and manage social media content (organic and paid) and maintain the calendar.
• Coordinate product photography, videography, and digital asset prep.
• Maintain and update website content and support improvements.
• Assist with marketing collateral for trade shows and events.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams for brand consistency.
• Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
