Job summary

Hard Korr Pty Ltd is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our Stapylton, QLD office on a full-time basis. You will transform creative concepts into visually compelling materials that reinforce our market position and brand presence.

You will work across digital and print assets, packaging and promotional content, collaborating with the team to maintain brand guidelines and deliver high-quality artwork ready for production.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design or related discipline or equivalent professional experience.
• Portfolio showing diverse projects across mediums and industries.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and related design applications.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory and layout.
• Experience in both digital and print design with production knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Create original graphic designs for marketing materials across digital and print.
• Collaborate with the team to translate ideas into visual solutions.
• Produce high-quality artwork ready for production with correct specs.
• Maintain and evolve brand identity and guidelines across communications.
• Manage multiple projects with deadlines and quality standards.
• Stay current with design trends and emerging software/tools.
• Participate in brainstorming and provide design recommendations.
• Liaise with external vendors, printers and photographers as needed.
