Job summary

Cheil Australia is seeking a Digital Designer with 3-5 years’ experience in digital, social and CRM spaces. You will design across web, D2C and CRM assets, prototyping in Figma, and delivering high-quality imagery with Photoshop.

Collaboration with developers and cross-functional teams is essential to translate brand into scalable digital experiences. You will work in a hybrid setup from our Sydney HQ at Olympic Park, contributing to campaigns and design systems that enhance customer journeys

Qualifications

3-5 years experience in a digital, creative or integrated agency environment.
Proficient in Figma with prototyping, components, auto-layout and handover to developers.
Proficient in Photoshop; strong Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator and After Effects.
Qualification in graphic design, digital design or visual communication.
Experience designing for web and D2C with responsive and conversion-focused UX.

Responsibilities

Concept and execute digital design solutions across web, D2C, CRM/eDM, social and digital formats.
Contribute to digital concepting and campaign development with art directors and copywriters.
Produce social and digital assets across multiple formats with high design integrity.
Support rollout and adaptation of digital assets across required formats and specs.
Apply light retail and in-store digital design, including digital signage and POS formats.
Lead design and prototyping in Figma and design systems within Figma.
