What Matters Agency in Sydney is seeking a Videographer (Marketing & Content Creator) to produce high-quality video content for social platforms. The role involves filming, editing, and delivering visually compelling assets that promote businesses, products, and services with a strong storytelling focus.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of videography experience, proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects and DaVinci Resolve, and a solid grasp of lighting and camera techniques.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in videography, content creation, or a related field.
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and camera techniques.
• Experience with social-first video content (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn).

Responsibilities

• Filming and editing high-quality videos and photo content to promote businesses across social media and digital platforms.
• Capturing dynamic footage using iPhone, professional camera and lighting equipment.
• Developing engaging marketing content to grow an audience, build brand awareness, and increase sales.
• Editing content to align with brand aesthetics and storytelling objectives.
• Collaborating with creative teams to develop innovative visual content.
• Assisting creative team with pre-production & post-production.
• Ensuring all content aligns with brand aesthetics and storytelling objectives.
