Qualifications

• RSA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across restaurant and bar (FOH/BOH).
• Ensure health, safety, food quality, and sanitation standards.
• Manage opening/closing procedures, cash handling, reporting, and inventory.
