Job summary

The Milton Hotel, home to Dangerous Ales craft brewery, is seeking enthusiastic front-of-house and bar staff to join our team in Milton, NSW. You’ll work in a fast-paced, friendly environment that values teamwork, customer service, and hospitality.

We’re after team players who are positive, professional and approachable, with RSA certification. Experience in pubs, bars or restaurants is preferred, but training is available for enthusiastic newcomers. Weekend and evening availability is required.

About the Role

We’re looking for enthusiastic and reliable front-of-house and bar staff to join our team. You’ll be working in a fast-paced, friendly environment that values teamwork, customer service, and a love of hospitality.

Your duties will include:

• Greeting and serving guests in the bar, bistro, and deck areas

• Pouring beers, making drinks, and processing orders

• Providing table service and maintaining a clean, well-presented venue

• Working closely with the team to deliver a great customer experience

• Supporting events, live music nights, and functions when required

About You
