The Role

The Intersection Tavern is seeking an experienced and driven General Manager to lead our high performing team and oversee the full operations of this much-loved local venue.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional with a proven track record in high volume, fast‑paced pubs. The General Manager will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, building a strong and engaged team culture, and driving commercial success across all areas of the business.

A hands on and inspiring leader, the successful candidate will be equally confident running a busy service, coaching and developing their team, and managing the strategic and operational functions behind the scenes. With a passion for genuine hospitality, they will set the standard for service, quality and operational excellence.
