Job summary

BHP is seeking a Specialist CPPM at Peak Downs Mine to lead the 24‑hour mine plan, scope Enabling Activities, and monitor Critical Path compliance. You will build relationships with Mine services, Operations, Maintenance and Technical Services to ensure plan execution aligns with set targets.

The role requires coordinating schedules, managing dependencies and driving continuous improvement through EMP methodologies and governance processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in mine planning, scheduling, or operational planning roles.
• Experience with scheduling/planning software such as CiteOps, Spry, Deswik, Vulcan, SAP or similar.
• Strong understanding of the mining value chain and interaction between planning and operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support a strong safety culture through field leadership and Take 5 activities.
• Develop, maintain and optimise the 90‑Day Project Activity Schedule and ensure alignment with priorities.
• Deliver robust designs for Mine services Enabling activities and coordinate schedule inputs.
• Monitor critical path activities, identify risks and support delivery of targets.
• Provide schedule reporting, performance analysis and variance management to drive reliability.
