Job summary

BHP is seeking an experienced Principal EMP to lead Enterprise Mining Probabilistics CPPM at Broadmeadow Mine. You will drive critical path management, process improvements and safe, reliable mine planning across operations.

Bring extensive underground coal mining leadership, strong systems thinking and hands-on capability with planning tools (MS Project, Primavera P6). You will coach teams, grow BOS routines and deliver value with a focus on safety and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

Authorised as Supervisor on site with G2 competency.
Extensive experience in underground coal mining operations.
Demonstrated operational leadership experience.
Experience using planning software such as Microsoft Project and Primavera P6.

Responsibilities

Establish EMP CPPM system on site and ensure its effectiveness.
Maintain Integrated Project Schedule and manage critical paths, buffers and variability.
Oversee day-to-day CPPM improvement pipeline with Mine Planning for balance of improvement and BAU.
Provide technical guidance, development and stewardship of EMP theory and training.
Maintain understanding of Mine Plan, Integrated Project Activity schedule and operational execution on site.
Lead and grow BOS routines and monitor CPPM effectiveness via PDCA.
