Job summary

Air Liquide Healthcare Australia is seeking a friendly CPAP Consultant to help clients with sleep apnea find suitable solutions and equipment. No medical background needed; full training provided and ongoing support to excel in a customer-facing healthcare role.

You'll be the first point of contact for new and existing clients, provide guidance on CPAP setup, perform basic assessments, educate patients and families, and collaborate with healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, hospitality, reception, or any customer-facing role.
• Warm, empathetic, and patient communication style.
• Strong listening skills and a genuine desire to help people.
• Basic computer skills and comfort learning new software systems.

Responsibilities

• Initial point of contact for both new and existing clients
• Conduct diagnostic evaluations, including titration studies, for patients experiencing sleep-disordered breathing
• Offer guidance on CPAP equipment, setup and ongoing service requirements
• Provide follow-up appointments for newly diagnosed patients and ongoing support for existing patients
• Educate patients and their families about sleep disorders, evaluation procedures, and available treatment options
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and service providers
• Promote and upsell our product range and services
• Maintain and sterilise clinic equipment
