Job summary

Air Liquide Healthcare Australia on the Gold Coast is seeking friendly CPAP Consultants to help clients with sleep apnea and find the right CPAP solutions. You don't need a medical background—just a passion for exceptional service and a willingness to learn!

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, hospitality, reception, or any customer-facing role.
• Warm, empathetic, and patient communication style.
• Strong listening skills and a genuine desire to help people.
• Basic computer skills and comfort learning new software systems.

Responsibilities

• Be the initial point of contact for new and existing clients.
• Conduct diagnostic evaluations and titration studies for sleep-disordered breathing.
• Offer guidance on CPAP equipment, setup, and ongoing service needs.
• Provide follow-up appointments and ongoing support for patients.
• Educate patients and families about sleep disorders and treatment options.
