Job summary

Air Liquide Healthcare Australia in Toowoomba is seeking CPAP Consultants who excel in customer service and empathy. You’ll help clients with sleep apnea find the right CPAP equipment and solutions, learning on the job with full training.

No medical background required; strong listening and communication help, and you’ll join a supportive team with base pay plus a sales incentive, parental leave, and health benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, hospitality, reception, or any customer-facing role.
• Warm, empathetic, and patient communication style.
• Strong listening skills and a genuine desire to help people.
• Basic computer skills and comfort learning new software systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as the initial contact for new and existing clients.
• Conduct diagnostic evaluations, including titration studies, for sleep-related needs.
• Offer guidance on CPAP equipment, setup and ongoing service requirements.
• Provide follow-up appointments for newly diagnosed patients and ongoing support.
• Educate patients and families about sleep disorders and treatment options.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and service providers.
• Promote and upsell CPAP products and services.
• Maintain and sterilise clinic equipment.
