Job summary

State of Victoria is seeking Advanced Practitioners for the Court Case Management stream in Shepparton to manage a caseload of complex, high-risk individuals and provide targeted interventions to support court-order compliance.

You will conduct risk and needs assessments, prepare case plans, and deliver reports to senior stakeholders while balancing community safety and individual outcomes. The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-government partners and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Experience with best practice case management frameworks including managing clients with complex presentations and conducting risk and needs assessments.
• Ability to implement theoretical concepts to reduce risk and maximise individual outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, manage and develop staff responsible for operational service delivery.
• Pays attention to words, expression and body language; recognises behaviours that promote a culture of inclusion.

Responsibilities
