Magistrates' Court of Victoria is seeking a dedicated case management professional to support participants on bail with complex needs through a holistic approach. The role includes coordinating with a magistrate, lawyer, police and support staff and providing expert guidance as part of the ARC program.

You will work with voluntary, non-mandated clients for up to 12 months before sentencing, building rapport, sequencing goals, and navigating setbacks while attending Court monthly to inform

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications (Diploma level highly desirable) and/or relevant case management experience.
• Experience communicating hope and optimism for change with a person-centred, evidence-based approach.
• Experience in coaching and mentoring to case managers, especially in advanced knowledge areas.
• Ability to establish effective working relationships with the judiciary, legal professionals and service/court staff.
• Strong written and verbal communication in preparing formal reports and case notes for court settings.

Responsabilités

• Provide complex case management support to participants on bail with diverse needs using a holistic, collaborative approach.
• Deliver long-term case management support to participants in ARC up to 12 months prior to sentencing.
• Attend Court monthly to provide expert advice to the Magistrate and other stakeholders within the multidisciplinary team.
