Australian Institute of Professional Counsellors (AIPC) is seeking a Higher Education Course Advisor in Melbourne. You will guide prospective students through enrolment, build relationships with families and schools, and help learners select suitable programmes.

In this permanent, full-time hybrid role, you will collaborate with internal teams, promote our educational offerings, maintain accurate records, and contribute to outreach efforts with local communities while enjoying a $1,000 annual

• Build positive relationships with prospective students, their families, and stakeholders, providing a friendly and supportive environment
• Guide students through the enrolment process, answering their queries, and ensuring a smooth transition into their chosen programmes
• Promote our brand and educational offerings by connecting with organisations, schools, and the local community through outreach and marketing activities
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient operations
• Maintain accurate records and databases, demonstrating attention to detail and organisational skills
• Continuously seek opportunities to motivate and inspire students, helping them achieve their educational and career aspirations

• 1 x Permanent, full-time | Can be based at any AIPC campus (Syd, Adl, Sunshine Coast, Bris, Perth, Melb, GC)
• Hybrid working arrangements (4 from office, 1 from home)
